The community organizer part appears to involve working for the Illinois chapter of the Sierra Club.
Mostly though he’s on social media with the ‘Party Girls’ podcast (you can guess what kind of party that refers to) which describes itself as a “podcast about Communism and gossip.” The Party Girls Podcast account seems to be synonymous with the legal defense one on Reddit.
The legal fund is the December 4 Legal Committee. The fundraising is happening through GiveSendGo which had been set up to allow conservatives to fundraise without censorship. Reddit has been quite comfortable hosting a FreeLuigi group which censoring multiple conservative groups.
In short, big surprise.
